Return & Refund Policy

We’re a small, family-run farm and we work hard to deliver fresh, honest products. This policy explains when you can return items and how refunds work for orders placed on our website. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Summary
  • Perishable food (e.g., honey, eggs): not returnable if opened or if any seal is broken. Faulty/unsafe items are always covered (see “Damaged or Faulty Items”).
  • Unopened items: return within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging.
  • Collection-only items (eggs & vinegar): inspected at pickup; once accepted non-returnable .
Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)
If you buy online for delivery, you generally have 14 days from the day of delivery to tell us you’d like to return items. This does not apply to perishable goods where health/safety or rapid deterioration is an issue (e.g., most food items once opened). If your item is eligible, please return it within 14 days delivery.
Items We Cannot Accept Back
  • Opened or unsealed perishable food (including opened jars).
  • Items not in original condition/packaging or returned beyond the stated time frames.
  • Collection-only items (eggs & vinegar) after pickup, must be inspected during collection.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or at the point of collection for collection-only items). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights. We may request clear photos and the batch number to help us investigate.
How to Start a Return
  1. Email us at ambergoldfarm@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and a return address if applicable.
